Oatmeal for One

  1. Place all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl (~ 2 cups).
  2. Cook on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir and cook for another minute on high.
  4. Stir and let set ~2 minutes; it will continue to thicken.
  5. Add more soymilk as desired.
