Asian Glazed Salmon

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Place the salmon on a broiler-proof baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon from oven and brush with the marinade. Turn the oven to a hot broil and broil for 3 minutes. (Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn).
