Apples, Cranberries, and Raisins with Frozen Yogurt
- Combine all ingredients except the oranges in a large microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave on high for 15-20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally (cover for half the cooking time).
- Stir in the chopped oranges.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with ¼ cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt.
