My worksite wellness programs provide nutrition and health information that can help companies and organizations improve the health of their employees, reduce health care costs, and create employee loyalty. I teach seminars and weight management sessions which are usually conducted over a lunch hour. I can customize seminars for your needs and can provide a series of classes or a single seminar. I am available to attend health fairs, answer employee nutrition and health-related questions, prepare a healthy cooking demonstration, or conduct mini nutrition seminars.
